1981-1992 – assistant of executive committee chamber, senior assistant of the department of control and coordination of city construction and project organizations work and power resources of municipal executive committee, assistant of the first deputy head of municipal council executive committee, assistant of the head of executive committee of Kyiv municipal council of people’s deputies.

1992-1998 - senior adviser of the Service of the President of Ukraine on territory issues, chief adviser, deputy chief – head of the office on work with statutory acts, personnel, control and information, first deputy chief  of department on territory issues, first deputy chief of department for administrative activity and personnel policy of the Administration of The President of Ukraine.

2006-2007 - head of the Secretariat of the coalition of deputy factions in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
