1987-1995 - chief of the section, principal engineer, chief of the section of the central dispatching service of Industrial power association “Donbassenergo”, Gorlivka.

1995-2000 - deputy chief of service of conditions and forward development, chief of business accounting service, deputy director - chief  state supervisor of energy supervision, deputy director - chief of specialized subdivision “Donbass department of energy market” of “Donbass electric power system of NPC “Ukrenergo”, Gorlivka.
